Heavy Material Rock Light

It was Noticed by John Flatt that while working with a heavy fertilizer He would get a rock light when the gate was trying to close from more than 2.25″ but when he had gate settings bellow 2″ it would work fine.

Need to set up test to duplicate and see if changing the Rock light timer with large gate setting is the correct Idea or if some other system of watching gate progress is the best way.

Solved problem 90% for John, increased time allowed for gate to work at closing, before going to holding.

For now- when running a non-crushable material like potash, make sure gate is set loose.

Future – Looking into motor to bellcrank Link geometry as current setup has torque fall off. (gears best but heavy and cant seal)
