Hopper Speed setting needing to Go Lower

It was reported that the hopper speed setting kept needing to be set lower in order to have the Quantity system catch when the unit runs out.

We did do a software update to allow the unit to accept lower (negative) values for the Hopper Speed setting.

But it was found that the Hopper Port was being Plugged by dry material.

The Wing Man system was packing the material into the port.

After cleaning the clogged port the system returned to operation as normal.
